COLUMBIA, S.C. (WACH) — Families in Columbia got a boost heading into the new school year Saturday as a community giveaway offered free supplies and other essentials to help ease the cost of back-to-school shopping.
V12 Studios hosted its fourth annual Back 2 School Giveaway at its Broad River Road location, bringing together local organizations and community members to support students and their families. Along with free school supplies, community partners provided shoes, clothing, food and drinks.
