STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Police arrested a fourth man who allegedly was part of a group that beat and stole thousands of dollars in cash, expensive watches and electronics from a victim who traveled to the borough on the Staten Island Ferry.
Michael Cramer, 32, of Brookfield Avenue in Great Kills, was arraigned on July 24 in connection with the violent robbery on Jan. 30 at Islington Street and Greaves Avenue in Great Kills.
