(FOX40.COM) — The mother of a missing Navy veteran has renewed her plea to the public for help finding her missing son after a group search held Saturday.
Volunteers searched for 23-year-old O’Bonjai Skaggs on Saturday morning, meeting in the parking lot of a Stockton In-N-Out — his last known location.
Skaggs was seen leaving the In-N-Out Burger on the 2700 block of West March Lane on July 19. He was riding his bicycle, which officers said they later recovered.
