The owners of the World Equestrian Center have acquired another 15-acre parcel near their northwest Ocala campus for $6 million, continuing their expansion along the same corridor where they have acquired over $13 million of properties over the past year alone.
Golden Ocala Equestrian Land LLC purchased the property located at 2275 NW 100th Avenue in Ocala from John Rogers and Susan Alexander for $6,000,000 on Friday, July 31, according to a deed filed with the Marion County Clerk of Courts.
Golden Ocala Equestrian Land LLC is the real estate holding and investment company associated with WEC, which is located at 1750 NW 80th Avenue in Ocala.
The transaction marks at least the fourth multi-million dollar property acquisition by the group along NW 100th Avenue in recent months…
