When Grace Huang first came to the United States as a student, she enjoyed experiencing American food and culture. But before long, she began missing the dishes she grew up eating in China.
“At first, I thought, ‘Oh, it’s so nice. I can eat all the American food,’” Huang said. “But later, I really missed the tofu dishes and chicken dishes from China. I thought if I could help kids like me find food from their hometown, it would be really helpful.”…
