14-acre horse farm in Reddick sells for $1.35 million

A 14-acre horse farm in Reddick has been sold for $1.35 million, adding to a steady stream of high-value horse farm transactions across Marion County.

William and Jessica Drew sold the property located at 15620 NW HWY 225 to Richard and Diana Militana for $1,350,000 on July 7, according to a deed filed with the Marion County Clerk of Courts on July 28.

The 14.47-acre property features a custom two-story, Old Florida style residence with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a detached, three-car garage and barn.

Built for equestrian use, the farm features fenced pastures and a 7-stall concrete block barn, which is equipped with storage areas, a feed room, a wash rack, and an air-conditioned tack room complete with a private bathroom.

The property is currently under lease through March 2027, according to an online real estate listing.
