Two people were killed and two others were hospitalized after a three-vehicle crash involving a semi-truck in western Palm Beach County on Saturday, according to Palm Beach County Fire Rescue.
Firefighters responded just after 3 p.m. to the crash along U.S. Highway 27 in South Bay. The crash involved three vehicles, including a semi-truck, the agency said.
