CLAYTON, Mo. – A St. John woman is in custody after four children in her care tested positive for fentanyl, methamphetamine, and cocaine.
According to the St. John Police Department’s probable cause statement, the investigation began on July 28, when a child was found unresponsive and taken to the hospital. The child tested positive for a trio of illegal drugs.
