CINCINNATI (WKRC) — A local father is facing felony charges after he allegedly broke into an apartment where his child was staying.
According to court records, 32-year-old Anthony Carter broke into an apartment on E. North Street in Reading Saturday. Once inside, Carter allegedly kicked in the bedroom door where his daughter was sleeping.
