WEST ASHLEY S.C. (WCIV) — The Charleston County Coroner’s Office has identified the woman who died in the Middleton Cove Apartment fire Sunday Morning.
Rachel Fitzpatrick, 57, of Charleston died from injuries sustained in the fire, according to Charleston County Coroner Bobbi Jo O’Neal.
