JAMES ISLAND, S.C. (WCSC) — Concerns over a proposed Riverland Oaks development on James Island have grown into a full-scale petition.
The project would bring 95 townhomes to roughly 28 acres of wetlands and green space, and it’s already cleared its first hurdle with the city.
