The Contemporary Art Museum of Raleigh is selling its building in downtown Raleigh.
Since 2011, the art museum has been housed at 409 W. Martin Street in the city’s Warehouse District. Prior to that, it had been located at Moore Square.
“The move is a deliberate step toward a more nimble, more sustainable contemporary arts institution, built around the creative energy of the city,” CAM Raleigh’s board said in a press release…
