CLEVELAND (WJW) — The FOX 8 I-Team has found an accident at a Cleveland Water treatment plant sent four people to the hospital, and city officials are now conducting an internal investigation.
The I-Team obtained 911 calls made after the accident. One caller said paramedics were needed because a “big pipe blew out.” The incident happened last Thursday at the Crown Water Treatment Plant in Westlake. The facility is part of the city of Cleveland water system.
