COLUMBIA, Pa. (WHTM) – A week after a Lancaster County teenager was charged in connection with the July shooting death of another teen, three more teenagers, as well as the victim’s mother, are now also facing charges.
The Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office announced several charges for the group on Monday following the July 18 death of Wilfredo Garcia in Columbia. The DA’s office stated that all four defendants were present in the Plane Street apartment when Jose Manuel Lopez, 16, allegedly shot Garcia, 17, in the head.
