City looking to spend $160,000 on uniforms for electric, fiber network employees

City officials will consider a $160,000 contract renewal this week to supply specialized work apparel and safety gear for Ocala Electric Utility and Ocala Fiber Network field personnel.

During its upcoming regular meeting on Tuesday, August 4, the Ocala City Council is scheduled to vote on a two-year extension of the city’s managed uniform agreement with Tyndale Enterprises, Inc.
