SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Court proceedings continued on Monday in the case of a man accused of murdering his nephew and leading law enforcement on a manhunt last year.
Radu Z. Turner, 49, was charged with murder in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in connection with the April 6, 2025, death of Kenquan Davis, 39, of Syracuse. Davis is Turner’s nephew.
