In Farsi, Aminpour means someone who will take good care of you, and that is exactly what the Aminpour family does with their restaurant Baba Kebab.
What originally started out as a bakery has expanded to a full-service restaurant that serves naan, chicken, lamb and beef kebabs and tea.
“There’s a super huge bread culture in Iran, which you don’t find here,” Rati Aminpour, the owner’s son, said. “My mom just couldn’t live with any of those other types of bread, so she made us start a whole business.”…
