NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The New Orleans Police Department is investigating after remains were discovered in the Filmore neighborhood.
On Sunday, Aug. 2, NOPD officers say a resident in the 5100 block of Bancroft Drive found a bag in their backyard reportedly containing a body.
