ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department is reporting the lowest homicide numbers through July in over 10 years.
In the month of July, the police department responded to nine homicides. For the entire year, there have been 74 homicides in the City of St. Louis.
