SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – SporTran is planning to invest more than $300 million in federal funding to expand its operations across the Shreveport-Bossier area, with plans for two new buildings and two medical bus rapid transit lines.
The agency has secured federal approval for one of the BRT routes and is awaiting a federal grant decision on a second.
Four projects outlined
The four projects include an Autonomous Innovation Campus, an ADA Eligibility and Administration Center, and two Medical Bus Rapid Transit lines.
