DENVER (KDVR) — A father was arrested after a two-year-old was heard calling for help from a balcony in Boulder last Tuesday, the Boulder Police Department said in a social media post.
At 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Boulder police received a call about a child, wearing only a diaper, calling for help from a balcony.

Officers arrived at the scene, but were unable to get an answer from the locked front door, and the child was too young to open it for them.
