BAY COUNTY, Fla. (WMBB) – A Marion County man who was driving impaired when he crashed into and killed a woman in Panama City Beach avoided trial this week.
57-year-old Curtis Morgan Stoddard was involved in a deadly traffic crash in 2023. He entered a plea to DUI manslaughter on Monday, as jury selection was about to begin.
