Blank Slate Creamery has issued a recall after discovering undeclared egg may have been added to vegan, non-dairy frozen dessert coconut fudge sandwiches.
Janice Sigler sent the recall alert via email to The Daily on Aug. 4 for her company’s 4.5-ounce packed sandwiches in clear plastic packages marked with best-by dates of 11/23/26 and 1/9/27.
“People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to eggs run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products,” the release read…
