If you’ve ever wanted to be part of the Dexter Summer Festival parade instead of just watching it, here’s your chance.
Following an enthusiastic response to last year’s surprise performance, organizers are inviting community members to participate in the 2026 Parade Flash Mob on Saturday, Aug. 8, during the Dexter Summer Festival Parade.
The parade begins at 10 a.m., with Dancer’s Edge serving as the final group in the procession. The dance studio will lead the Flash Mob in front of Aubree’s Pizzeria & Grill, where spectators are encouraged to gather before joining in.
