KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – The Knoxville Fire Department has determined the cause of a blaze that caused severe damage to part of an East Knoxville church.
Emergency crews responded to the fire at Overcoming Believers Church, located at 211 Harriet Tubman Street at around 9:25 a.m. on July 27.
