A property housing the first Raising Cane’s in Ocala has been sold for more than $3.8 million, just months after the popular chicken finger chain opened its doors to the public.
Argate Ocala West LLC sold the 1.3-acre parcel located at 2410 SW College Road to Andrade Associates Limited Partnership for $3,837,210 on July 28.
State corporate records show that the purchasing entity is owned by Manuel S. Andrade of Palm Beach Gardens. The selling entity, Argate Ocala West LLC, is associated with Miami Beach real estate investor and developer Steven T. Siegel.
The transaction comes shortly after Raising Cane’s celebrated its grand opening at the Ocala West shopping plaza in March.
