A proposed Warm Springs Avenue medical complex now may have five lots on 2.7 acres with multiple owners.
Wildwood Special Magistrate Lindsay C.T. Holt Tuesday recommended approval of a revised plat for the Bethany Estates Medical Complex at County Road 503 near the Fenney Way roundabout in The Villages. The City Commission may consider the plat later this month.
In January 2024, commissioners approved a revised developer’s agreement with Bethany Estates Enterprises of Leesburg to add an additional developer, Catalyst Health Real Estate of Pensacola.
At that time, Bethany planned to build a 13,724-square-foot office building, an 8,658-square-foot surgery center for Ocala Eye and a 22,300-square-foot medical office building…
