ROANOKE, Va. – A Roanoke driver is out hundreds of dollars after hitting a massive pothole that she says left her car undrivable — and now she wants to know who’s going to pay for it.
Brooke Smith was driving near the Clearbrook Walmart when her car struck the pothole.
“We were driving through and right as we passed under that light, I hit the pothole. My car almost nosedived…it was the loudest bang,” Smith said…
