AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — A 17-year-old has been arrested for aggravated assault in connection with the shooting that occurred at John Ward Memorial Park, formerly known as Medi Park, in February.
According to court documents, 17-year-old Anisten Gracie Bond was arrested for one count of “Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.” Documents state that after the vehicle, a gray Dodge Caliber, was described to police, Bond was identified as being at the park during the shooting.
Documents note that Flock cameras allegedly revealed that the vehicle belonged to Bond and left the scene just after the shooting. Bond allegedly also stated to police that she was the only person who drives the vehicle and she allegedly “went to pick someone up at Medi-Park before the shooting.”

Documents also state that the vehicle allegedly has damage that “matches the vehicle the shooter fled in.”…
