Tulsa Police release man accused of killing family member, death likely wasn’t homicide

TULSA, Okla. — The Tulsa Police Department said they’ve released a man who was accused of killing a family member who was found deceased, stating further investigation indicates the victim’s death likely wasn’t a homicide.

On July 30, the department said officers were called to a home near Oklahoma Street and North Birmingham Place after receiving reports that a man had been found dead at the home.
