Following a Monday boating incident that left three family members hospitalized and one missing, the body of a deceased adult male has been recovered from Southern Colorado’s Monument Lake.
The tragic incident unfolded at Monument Lake Resort, near Weston, involving a pontoon boat carrying three adults and one juvenile. After being alerted to the situation at the privately-owned lake around 10:15 a.m., wildlife officers from Trinidad Lake State Park responded to assist.
