GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — A historic building in downtown Grand Rapids is becoming a home for artists and other creatives, with studio, retail and gallery space all under the same roof.
Endcap is at the intersection of Division Avenue S. and Wealthy Street SW. The three-story building, which previously housed a Saint Mary’s clinic, has sat vacant since 2019 — but now, it’s humming with life once more.
