MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WSMV) – A Murfreesboro Police Department detective has been indicted following an investigation into allegations he misused confidential funds and accessed a criminal justice database for reasons unrelated to his job, according to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.
TBI special agents and the Tennessee Comptroller of the Treasury began investigating Reginal D. Primas in January at the request of 16th Judicial District Attorney General Jennings Jones.
