SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO)– A new 55-plus living community broke ground today.
Emra Sioux Falls will be located on the eastern side of town. The goal is to create a living space that has on- and off-site amenities that residents can use and grow connections with each other.
“Emara’s here just to meet the needs of the growing adult active community. It’s really going to have a focus on bringing more of a genuine community connection provide a maintenance-free lifestyle for its residents,” said Scott Houle, the President of Great States Development.
