Baldwin County judge to rule on bond for accused killer Lee Snider

FOLEY, Ala. (WALA) – A Baldwin County judge has 48 hours to decide whether accused murderer Lee Eric Snider will be held without bond until trial.

Snider is accused of stabbing 56-year-old Terry Barnes to death in Barnes’ yard Monday afternoon. He made his first court appearance since his arrest Monday at the Foley Satellite Courthouse for an Aniah’s Law hearing, where prosecutors presented witnesses and argued Snider poses a risk to the public.
