A couple of years ago, people probably wouldn’t have given the Arts District a second thought when looking for a place to dance. But Tim Kam, longtime nightlife visionary, has a knack for bringing the party with him.
Kam, whose name has long been associated with Downtown nightlife through minority ownership of Oddfellows, opened Bizarre Bar in April after a four-month renovation of the former Swan Dive space, approaching the project as something far more personal than just another bar.
