VANCOUVER, Wash. (KPTV) – A man was arrested after Vancouver police say he drove impaired and struck a line of stopped vehicles Tuesday evening.
Just before 6:30 p.m., traffic was stopped on St. Johns Boulevard near Northeast Minnehaha Street due to construction when a driver, identified by police as Anthony L. Larsen, crashed into the back of a stopped car, causing a three-car crash.
One passenger suffered a serious arm injury and was taken to a hospital. Others involved in the crash had minor injuries.
