Akron, Ohio (WOIO) – This Sunday, the 5th Annual Akron Pickle Fest is returning to Downtown Akron for those looking to satisfy their pickle palate.
From the Akron Pickle Fest, the Akron Pickle 5k starts at 9 a.m., the vendors and food trucks at the event will open around 10 a.m. at Lock 3 in Akron.
During the festival, Akron Pickle is hosting “The Pickle-lympics”, a family friendly competition that features:
- Bobbing for Pickles
- Best Pickle There Is Competition
- Fishing for Pickles
- Pickle-Eating Contest
- Greased Pickle Toss
- No-Handed Pickle Eating Contest
