Carmel police shoot and critically injure man on US 31

CARMEL, Ind. (WRTV) — Two Carmel police officers fired at and critically injured an 18-year-old man Thursday night on U.S. 31, Indiana State Police Sgt. John Perrine said.

No officers were injured, but the man was taken to a hospital in stable but critical condition.
