CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — A Chattanooga man has admitted responsibility for a crash that killed a woman on Spring Creek Road last year.
James Bernard pleaded guilty Wednesday in Hamilton County Criminal Court to vehicular homicide in the Sept. 25, 2025, crash that claimed the life of 60-year-old Paula Soens.
