A convict is on the loose after being released from Erie County Jail when he should have remained in custody for at least three more years.
Dylan Bera, 27, was sentenced by a Crawford County court to a minimum of three years in state prison after pleading guilty to simple assault, unlawful restraint, and driving with a suspended license.
