NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WPDE) — During a workshop meeting, North Myrtle Beach City Council reviewed a draft ordinance that would establish regulations for mobile food vendors. No vote was taken, as council members used the meeting to provide guidance on several key issues before a final ordinance is prepared.
