ABC11 Troubleshooter helps Raleigh man get $4,200 StubHub charge reversed

A Raleigh man says he was hit with more than $4,000 in charges after trying to sell concert tickets on StubHub, only to discover the tickets could not be transferred because of artist-imposed resale restrictions.

Mark Thomann had four tickets to see Noah Kahan and two tickets for Tame Impala. When scheduling conflicts arose, he decided to sell the tickets through StubHub.

“We realized we had some conflicts and couldn’t attend,” Thomann said. “So, we talked about selling them, and then I said, ‘Yeah, I’ll just put them on StubHub.'”…
