DEWITT, N.Y. — The DeWitt Police Department said a man was arrested twice on Thursday morning for stealing items out of vehicles. Now, they’re asking you to be vigilant.
The police department announced the arrest of Nathan S. Groesbeck, 30, of Syracuse, N.Y. He is facing charges of grand larceny and petit larceny for the crimes.
