HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) — Hillsborough County’s emergency management director has been fired after an HR probe into his leadership revealed a history of harassment and retaliation in the workplace.
County officials confirmed in an email Thursday that Tim Dudley was dismissed from his position as emergency management director. Documents provided by the county further detailed the investigative findings which led to that decision.
