The Worcester Planning Board on Wednesday approved a plan for 74 new apartments on the site of a former laundry business.
The board voted 4-0 on the proposal from GoVenture Capital Group, which seeks to build a five-story building with eight studio, 56 one-bedroom and 10 two-bedroom apartments at 27 Chandler St.
The development will also feature bicycle parking for residents, a wood deck for amenities and a 2,000-square-foot outdoor courtyard and recreational area, according to the site plan…
