CREST HILL, Ill. (WGN) – A Joliet woman who left the scene of a hit-and-run crash that claimed the lives of a couple from Plainfield will spend several years in lockup.
Mary Beth Mosqueda, 37, pleaded guilty to two counts of failure to report an accident involving personal injury or death, court records show.
A judge Wednesday sentenced Mosqueda to seven years behind bars on each charge, to be served at the same time, with credit for 700 days’ time served.
