PRICHARD, Ala. (WKRG) — Prichard residents are refusing to pay for charges on their water bills because they said they aren’t getting those services.
Prichard resident Tim Surrett said a municipal fee keeps showing up on his water bill. Surrett said he doesn’t understand what the charge is all about. Surrett said he’s not giving them one dime.
