NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – New Orleans District Attorney Jason Williams warned Thursday that violent crime in the city is at risk of rising as funding and resources decrease, threatening recent public safety progress.
“It is certainly putting the public safety gains that we have achieved in jeopardy,” Williams said during a Thursday news conference.
