Shelter-in-place order lifted in east Colorado Springs as suspect surrenders to police

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – A shelter-in-place order on the east side of Colorado Springs has been lifted after a suspect surrendered to police Thursday night.

At 8:26 p.m., the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) ordered a shelter-in-place for those in the area from Brady Boulevard to Constitution Avenue, between Downing Drive and Cadillac Avenue, due to law enforcement activity.
